1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Item must not be damaged, altered, or customized.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Note: Items purchased during sales, limited drops, or marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at helpdesk@nazariyaaclothing.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size-related issues. If you need a different size, email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
5. Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: Nazariyaa will cover return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
